Rules

Canada Cup matches will be played under standard CalgaryT20 Rules and Regulations barring the exceptions below.

NRR Calculation

NRR calculations will be calculated using the formula below. Please note that, over count used for NRR calculations will NOT be rounded up to the nearest complete over e.g. 200 runs in 19.2 overs will equal to a RR of 10.34482 as opposed to a 10.

(Total Runs Scored / Total Overs Batted) – (Total Runs Conceded / Total Overs Bowled)

Delayed start or delay due to rain
  1. Standard CT20 DLS rules will apply for all delayed games
  2. For any interrupted games that cannot be finished within the allocated time, a result will be determined using DLS if a minimum of 6 overs have been bowled for both sides
  3. Any unfinished games from Saturday will be continued on Sunday up until 6 overs have been bowled for the second innings. Maximum overs for the semi final and final will be adjusted accordingly
  4. In case the semi final and final cannot be completed on Sunday, the prize money will be split equally amongst the top 3 teams
  5. In case the final cannot be completed on Sunday, the prize money will be split equally between the finalists
